Winning entry will be verified as a Runoff voter in the December, 2023 Houston City Runoff Election as recorded in the Harris County Clerk’s Records. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. One entry per person.  Entries must be received by 7 pm Saturday, December 9, 2023. Winner will be notified by email or telephone.
